They are slow... but they have managed to pass a chit-tonne of stuff in the past year or so... I think there is a perception that congress is useless, but perception doesn't always equal reality

But, "E", passing legislation such as "NATIONAL FLEA MARKET DAY" is not very meaningful.....I don't know of any meaningful legislation that congress passed.....do you?
