Are you allowed to use an ampersand in your child's name? I feel like the hospital might take him from you if you try.

You guys are hilarious.

I've been telling people that we're considering Dracula. They don't really know how to respond. I can actually see their brain wrestling around, thinking "is he serious", "if I laugh it'll be rude but he's joking".

I told my cousin that we're leaning toward Dracula on facebook yesterday. I know she thinks I'm serious, but I'm not gonna clue her in anytime soon. Around Christmas we're gonna tell people we're naming him Santa. We're having a gay old time.

You could go a lot of ways with that. "I think we'll name him Genghis. Its not a bad name, really, just bad associations, but he'll bring it back to the good side."

I always wanted twins so I could name them Smith and Wesson. My wife is certain that is why we did NOT have twins!

Here's a compromise...

First Name: Dr.

Middle Name: Acula

See? He has a prestigious first name (I mean, really... DOCTOR?!) and you still have Dracula in there...

Thank you Mitch Hedberg!

The Smith and Wesson one reminds me of Talldega Nights. His kids were Walker and Texas Ranger. Smith and Wesson is far better than that. If I had twins, I'd name one "Favorite," and the other "Accident." You know, as a psychological experiment.

Named my daughter Marian Christabel Moss....
In december, we shorten it to
Mary Chris Moss....
May your child remain safe and strong and
a torment to your peace and quiet...
