I wasn't alive quite that long ago, thankfully.

I was and was I ever confused, I could go to school, learn the same lessons, play ball etc. at recess with them, but we could not sit together in a movie or go into some stores to get an ice cream together. I had to bring it out of the store(I was white at the time

As we got to be 10 or so, all of us boldly sat in the "colored' section" ,). Not just me but all the boys in town did it. Amazing thing, no one gave a toot , and it went like that all through high school too. What was all that about? We still laughed about it at our 50th re-union , although nearly 50 from our class passed on including 6 of the "colored" guys we played with at those grade school recess ball games and on up through our high school teams.

.............

Both, the Alahambra and Continental Theatres were segregated...upper left side of the movie was relegated solely to black patrons.....no restaurants were permitted to serve blacks.....no hotels (there were no motels) were permitted to allow blacks to stay....

AND THIS WAS IN CANONSBURG, PA......HOME OF THE LIMOSINE LIBCHITS......

Yes, segregation in the 60's was the fault of current day liberals.

I amy have told this before, but my mom, now 89 got a beating by my grandmother for peaking in a church window. She was playing and heard this beautiful singing, she said she knew it was coming from the Baptist Church over the hill. She crept over and peaked inside when Grandma caught her. She says she couldn't sit for a week! It wasn't that she had wandered from home, her brothers got the whopping for that , it was because it was a black church!

No, today's LIBCHITS have re-enslaved the blacks.....they were easy to put back into slavery....DUMBO CRAPS offered them a few sheckles of welfare, and they fell into their trap.....

The DUMBO CRAPS prior to the 60s represented AMERICAN LABOR, consisting of every color, creed, ethnicity......after that, the DUMBO CRAPS were taken over by the homosexuals, feminazis, abortionists, black racists, greenies, atheists......

And look at how the LIBCHITS improved the nation......wow, we're better off, today, right?????

dazes, my aunt, in Clairton, lived in an alley behind a black church, and we, as kids, used to spend a week in the summer with her......I heard "rock and roll" in the 40s, music coming from that church....we used to sit on the porch, on a swing, listening to the music....

Clairton, in the 1940s was a mixture of honkies and blacks, and they all got along well.

Today, I am right along with you.....I wouldn't step foot in Clairton.
