ask Brant, don't you remember Mo talking about it before the thing was pulled? I had just gotten on this thing when the chit hit the fan about all the garbage finger clickers posters on that blog. |

I remember when the poll went down but don't remember a third party being involved.
It took me a little more than a year to get 10,000 posts. The forum was founded last September (2008).

How in the hell can you not remember, Mo told us to tone it down several times or the new "Boss?? what ever, put in charge ,was going to decide on whether to shut it down or not.

It was a company decision to do away with the daily poll comments. No one person brought the hammer down. There was just too much slimy stuff being posted there, and it would have been a full-time job for somebody to sit there and approve or reject all the comments.

Not to mention that the pace of commenting through an approval process is... to be kind... sucky.
