I'm sorry, but I don't see how the evidence doesn't support my argument. Again, I am not from Washington county, so maybe I am unfamiliar with their distinct interpretation of the law.

I don't think our county has any "distinct interpretation of the law..."

Damn, I'm late for the party. Four pages on this topic is quite impressive. I read this article in paper this morning. From what I've read, the boy should not be charged with anything. He listened to his father's directions. In the article that I read, the father had additional charges brought upon him for directing his child in this way... which was the correct procedure.
