Virgina has just passed a law bucking the Obama care mandate that individuals must but health insurance. The article mentioned 19 other states going in the same direction. This may be a states rights issue tied up in courts if the bill ever gets out of DC. |

Glad PA won't be doing this. I guess I will just stay out of states that pass these laws. Let them sink on their own. _________________ The end is nigh! OR forums die APRIL 1. Don't lose contact! Join the forums at bogsource.com now! |

If they win that will kill the requirement and maybe the entire package if it passes. I wonder when we will here about the secret deals being cut to gain the house vote? Some transprencey huh? |

I'm sure someone will challenge it, but it won't go anywhere. The likely outcome is that these states will pass their blocking bill and pat themselves on the backs...and then realize how much better off everyone else is and quickly overturn their previous decisions. _________________ The end is nigh!
