Texas jury jails man 35 years for marijuana possession.

Rapists, child molesters, and even some murderers, get less jail time than that! Absolutely ridiculous!

WTmuthaF! Ok, ok, he had two felonies in the '80's. And he was puffing near a day care center. Jesus! Lord! Christ Alimighty! 35 years!

One of my wife's last cases before her maternity leave was the sentencing of this twenty year old who raped a five month old baby. He got 10 to 30 years. So most likely, he'll be out of jail in his thirties.

Drug free school zones draw a mandatory sentence. 35 years is a long time and is not right for sure for having 4 oz of pot. Its seems our Judicial Systems all over America are ass backwards .BB
