Quick story, Amph...My old e-mail address was dsmith@gmail...One day I get an eem from a JJones. who remembers Dave Smith from a long time ago. My name is Dave, so I respond. She says she's moving back to the area, and needs friends to hang with...One thing leads to another, her telling me how she never appreciated how wonderful I was until after she went away, and then got divorced, etcetera, and me struggling to remember a J I had been around. Then I get an eem saying, Dave, if you want to see a current picture of me, click on this link. I did (of course) and my next phone bill had a 400 dollar charge on it....Some machine was sending out random e-mails to people whose e-mail address was an obvious incorporation of their first initial and their last name...By guessing at the man's first name, some of them were bound to hit....Good scam, eh ..?
