...I'm looking to be one of the Six Hundred new hires..
I've checked out the Meadows website, and I know what to do to get through, but I'd really like to hear from ordinary people like you, who have inside info of working there or similar places, or could direct me to a blog where honest opinions are expressed...I need the work, so I need advice....Thank you in advance...Free _________________ where-ever you get it - there you have it. - Anon. |

Do they ONLY hire through their website? Some places do... if you walk in and ask about openings, they refer you to their website... If they don't, though... I would recommend actually going there and applying on-site as opposed to using the website. That way, you know that you are in the hopper and you would probably have seen and spoken to a real live person who is at least in the chain of command, if not the decision maker. You also have the opportunity to ask when you can expect a call or an interview... rather than clicking "submit" and then sitting next to the phone like a fat girl on prom night. _________________ The end is nigh! Thanks for the advice, E. And yes, I did go in person and they referred me to the website, but nothing's been posted there, yet....Just wondered if anyone on here had some experience with the process....
I've been self-employed so long, I fear I am un-employable...
And BB, thanks for your advice...And if you need a job, they're looking for sperm donors at the primate house in the Pittsburgh Zoo _________________ where-ever you get it - there you have it. - Anon. |

I interviewed for a "Casino Enforcement Officer" position a few years back. I believe I found the job opening through PA CareerLink... but I may be wrong. _________________
