Pretty good story BD

At the end of the day, the Cleveland Browns suck, but at least we're not from Pittsburgh.

For whatever reason, this really didn't offend me. In fact, I think its a fair description. I suppose it helps that we have six Super Bowls and Cleveland has never even been in one.

Josh Cribbs is the most electrifying player in the AFC? I don't think he's the most electrifying player in his division. He may not even be the most electrifying player on his team. *Looks at Browns roster* Okay, he is the most electrifying player on his team. _________________ The end is nigh! OR forums die APRIL 1. When Anderson and Quinn were both injured last year, I added him to my fantasy team (in desperation). He was taking 15 snaps a game out of the wildcat.
Cribbs is one of those insanly athletic guys that can't find a position. He's a deep threat WR, and he is electrifying as a KR/PR. Just ask the Steelers. _________________

Just heard Hideki Matsui hit .615 over the course of the series. That's absurd. _________________ The end is nigh! OR forums die APRIL 1. Don't lose contact! Join the forums at bogsource.com now! |

I heard that last night too and thought "no way", thought I watched enough of the the series not to have missed that because he did what ,seemed like nothing, most of the AB's I saw, except last night's game.
How about Utley?

To be fair, Matsui couldn't have had nearly as many ABs. I don't think he ever started any of the games in Philly. He may have had one at bat as a pinch hitter in games 3, 4, & 5.
Sorry, but its a little less impressive. _________________

Why does total ABs make % less impressive? They said he had something like 18 ABs over the course of the series. That's an average of three a game. _________________ The end is nigh! OR forums die APRIL 1. Don't lose contact! Join the forums at bogsource.com now! |

Really? You don't get that its easier to hit in Yankee Stadium than in Philly? That its easier to face washed up Pedro twice?
Geesh. Let me dig up the numbers _________________

Found the stat. It was 13 ABs, so roughly 2 plus ABs a game. _________________ The end is nigh! OR forums die APRIL 1. Don't lose contact! Join the forums at bogsource.com now! |

Nevermind... not gonna dig up anything. With more ABs, the law of averages kick in. Its easier to get hot through 3 games than it is through 6 games. _________________
