And then there's me... I left 4 vacation days, all of my sick days, and two personal days on the table this past year... compared the year before where I only took 2 days off :-/

I use all my vacation and personal days, and of course holidays each year, but I try to build up the sick days since I have no sickness and accident benefit. Although I am using a sick day today. Cool

Not feeling well enough to sit at my desk all day, but not sick enough to be in bed. Nothing major going on at work, and it's rainy again, so at 6:30 this am, it sounded like a plan.

I only get 8 sick/vacation days...Last year I only used 6...This year, I'll probably use them all. I really need to negotiate for more time off next year. I haven't had a vacation in years now!!!!

At my previous job, I had 4 weeks vacation, 10 sick days and 2 personal days. So most years I used half my vacation days, half my sick days and all of my personal days!!!
