| i thought the idea was to insure everyone?what happens to the other % ?they are going to cut medicare by 400 million?and they can find it in waste.if there is 400 in waste why did they not act sooner,anything the government gets involved in runs 10% over budget.you will have riots in the streets if the plan does not work....BB |

The plan was to insure everyone but the GOP was so opposed to that idea that the closest compromise we could even get out on the floor was a public option. If the plan fails, it will only be overwhelming evidence that the public option was not enough and that single payer is the only true solution. I hope people will be smart enough to realize this.

Illegal aliens account for, I believe, is just about 6%, if my math is correct, and it normally is, based on the US population being around 305 million, and the illegal population being around 20 million that would not not be counted in the census. If you assume that they are counted in the census, then its just under 8%.

I don't give a chit about grants phony, these are polititions, who, basically are like "maggots feeding off of road kill", so sucking the marrow of graft is nothing new for them.
What I care about is how no one cares about doing anything to restore jobs and I don't mean some horse chit air head rants about green nonsense. Manufactuers still are out sourcing jobs overseas and closing American factorys and it is as if our government is encouraging them to do so. ?? WTH?
Are these people so oblivious to reality of where this is heading, and like the Dot.com collapses, the housing, banks, and Wall Street crimes that got us here today; this will be far more devastating for all Americans.
