Its absolutely retarded is what it is. Someone needs to look at the demand curve and realize that they should actually be lowering it if they ever want to revitalize downtown Washpa. Oh wait, of course they don't... they just want to make their revenue numbers look slightly better while they're still in office.

I hate to see it because downtown is having enough problems getting people in there with the parking meters all over the now. Unless someone is trying to drive businesses away why go from simpleness to utter stupidity?
