| Phony are you involved in any other forums? If so do you find more like minded people on those? I have a friend who is trying to talk me into another one, because all most everyone on it are conservatives. I am considering it but don't think I have enough time to do 2 at the same time. |

dazes, I find it more interesting on a forum where there are a mixture of political philosophies.....this one tends to lean more to the left, and I enjoy discussing the facts of "life" with these lefties.....
No, I don't get involved into many other forums, this is "my home"...

| I king of feel the same why but sometimes when I feel that a reasonable well written post should be acknowledged, Occasionally it would nice if one of us actually made headway on something. I always feel that the are typing there answer for a handout book title Being How not influence REP< and we have the sister book. Doesnt it ever get on your nerves that nothing we ever bring uo is even considered smart enough? Cy knows my IQ and it does seem that some people feel I am to stupid to be missing what they are trying to preach. It seems useless on both sides |

dazes, don't be bothered by leftyness insults and attacks....that is brought on because the LIBCHITS cannot respond with a proper rebuttal. Truth, common sense, logic always defeats them. They are too easy ....most of the time, and it hurts them that they cannot defend their political bullchit.

Dazes, I was on Yahoo and MSNBC Message Boards, they were not much different then this one except you had more people scattered around the country.
They are now both shut down, Primarily because of a few who monopolized the threads and laced them with disgusting profanity, insults, lies, blantant racism, and approached the boundries of legal liabilitytoo often.
The nice thing about MSNBC was it offered a variation of threads, like economy, political, etc. and while that excluded the average "Joe Six-back" blowhard, it still had those few who monopolized those threads too.
Sometimes I wonder if there are those who are "assigned" to these boards who are there to distort critique or critisism of threads not favorable toward their program, person or whatever. |

I really enjoyed the Yahoo message boards but as stated they were taken over by some real Yahoos!
I am on a site which is all Conservative. It is nice becuase, while there are still disagreements ( we have the SSSS conservatives vs. the Phony conservatives) no one calls you stupid for disagreeing or thinks that everything you type is wrong.
It is Ok but just different than this site. I like the back-and forth with open-minded people and am starting to ignore the closed minds.
