I have pruned (locked and removed from view) some older threads that are not receiving posts and are currently "obsolete" due to newer threads on the same subject being posted. In this case it was a couple bail-out threads and a thread on election polls. I will do this from time to time so if you see old threads disappear, that's why.

UPDATE: I am making it a habit of moving threads that haven't been posted in for about a week to the archives. The archives are publicly viewable now and I am open to requests to reopen previously pruned threads. Please direct your requests to the Suggestions forum along with the full exact title of the thread you want to see reopened.
