Bus, true story about Stern --Plane crashes in an icy river. Young man is at the open exit door, looks back and sees a mother holding her baby and screaming. The plane is sinking fast. He walks back to the woman's seat as they're all going under. He dives down and grabs the little girl, but can't help the mother. He manages to get the baby out the door to safety. A real story of a true hero. Right? Stern asks the guy during a phone interview, "Do you stay in touch with the girl?" The guy says, "Yes, I am the last living link to her mother." And Stern says, "Maybe when she grows up you can bang her..." The guy says "Huh, what..?" And Stern says, "You know, if she's hot, you could easily do her." And there's laughter in the background of his set.

Need I say more.?

And Brant, this was a real thing, and the words are seared in my memory.

Its funny when sex, race, religion, and other topics that might be considered taboo are unexpectedly brought to someones attention. Basically, going out of bounds can be very humorous.
