SSSS, the story about the Alaska governor abusing her office would have been a blip on the media radar screen except for the fact that she was RUNNING FOR VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!!!

before a racist completely derails this thread, I want to say that yes I agree brant that she was a more prominent political figure at the time but the fact remains that a Governor of a big powerful state apparently abused his office and it is being largely ignored.
