Yeah... he's an amazing specimen of the homosapien species. And by "full featured", do you mean him having all his fingers and toes, or me experiencing wiping the chit off his sack? Yes to both.

I assumed he came fully assembled, I was just curious as to whether all of his functionality was unlocked...
That would include, but not be limited to:
Peeing
Peeing again about 9 seconds after you got the first diaper OFF
Taking a dump that somehow extends from the base of his skull, down his back, through his legs, and back up the front, stopping at about the chin
Taking a dump that looks like one of Timothy Leary's nightmares
Vomiting and crapping simultaneously, but each being unique in color
Some of these features may not be unlocked until you start upgrading his diet...

Holy guacamole (colored poop)! No, Jimi, I am not experienced. He is still on a strict diet of titty (can I say titty?). Its not all that bad quite yet. The poos haven't been bad at all. The pees are a different story. His pees leak out every where. He went through six outfits on Saturday, while I went through three t-shirts. He's just starting to projectile vomit. Its so cute.
