The casino auditions asked for a 30 second creative presentation There will be 3000 people there. I tried to combine humor with a knowledge of math and sociology…(some things I figure a good dealer would need…)
I’m open to any criticism or suggestions…Here it is, (with acknowledgment of inspiration to “Wet Dream Kip Addotta”…..)

Once upon a times table, in the aftermath of a dream,
The lonely number 4, fell in love, with unlucky 13...
His hopes were all imaginary, yet her figure was oh-so-prime,
He became totally irrational, and chased her up the line…
He found her postulating, at a dive called The Decimal Place,
and did everything in his powers, to reach second binary base…

He asked, “What’s yer sign..?” She answered, “Negative”

His efforts added up to zero, while his sorrows multiplied…
She said she was busy factoring, some big old guy named PI….
Four’s feelings were absolutely infinite, but the two could never be paired…
For she was indivisible, and he was just two squared……

What does all this quantify..? I’m only tryin’ to warn ‘ya…
Watch out for older numbers, and triskaidekaphobia

Reminds me how much I hated math. It also reminds me of that song "Wet Dream" where all the references are about the ocean.
