I left work at 2:10 and had a horrendous commute! It took me twice as long to get home. But my hatches are battened and I'm good until Monday. Very Happy

yeah, tonight i just saw about 45 of those Darwinian Dis-provers, who thought that running out for a quick sandwich was a good idea...It's amazing to me that they can operate a machine, yet not have the forethought to realize that they might, later that day, NEED TO EAT..!!

WOOHOO! And I wonder what the hell we left Arizona for? Im just joshin'--we missed home. However, in Arizona the electric and phone and other lines are all underground--safe from weather--but nope, not here. We had no power last night from 9:30-7:00a.m..There were flashes of what looked like lightning--massive blue and purple sparks.I thought perhaps Jesus is coming!!!These lines above ground are seriously dangerous. Yeah, I have no idea how long I'm going to have power for. My line to the house is caked in ice and the old TV line has already snapped (we don't have cable so it doesn't matter to us). I'm crossing my fingers that it holds until tomorrow when we're supposed to get some sun. I'm going to be super pissed if I can't watch the Super Bowl.
