I, my wife, and manbearpig went to the carnegie museum yesterday to see Gods, Love, and War... an exhibit of "medieval" tapestries (I argue they are early renaissance, but that's neither here nor there)... It was fantastic and I loved it immensely because I am a dorknerd.
However, admission to either the art or natural history museum is actually admission to both museums... so in addition to the rug show, we checked out the Tohora exhibit at the natural history museum (whales)... Freakin' awesomepants!
Seriously, between the art museum and the natural history museum... That's an entire day of amazingness. I think next year, we will get a family pass and go every other weekend.

We had annual family passes for the Carnegie Museums and the Science Center for years! Best investment we made, in my opinion. The kids loved going there and we went often! Do it, E!

Went to the Heinz history center this past weekend myself. It was pretty cool.
