The ting about reconciliation is that, if I understand it correctly, there are only certain types of legislation that can be passed with it, meaning that a lot of the bill would have to be cut out if it were to meet those standards. _________________ The end is nigh! That's what I thought... but I can't find any specifics about what CAN pass through reconciliation and what cannot...
I was under the impression that funding initiatives could be passed... Which, I don't really know how far you can take that in defining what constitutes funding and what is separate from funding _________________ The end is nigh! OR forums die APRIL 1.
