SEEMS the judge does not know sentencing guidelines ,any sentence over 23 mo.is a state sentence,this is why you read 6-23mo,111/2 to 23 mo when some are sentenced to county jail and probation, I once was sentenced to 3 years of state probation for a traffic ticket,the state had never heard of such a sentence,and was transferred back to county..BB
