So, I should note that I didn't read the article. However, I have opinions on the use of the word "czar" to describe like every WH office these days. It's dumb. Lemme tell ya' why.
Lemme pose a choice: You can choose between two jobs: "czar" of education policy or Secretary of Education. Which do you choose? Secretary, of course? Why? Because the Secretary has BUDGET AUTHORITY! All these "czars" (who are really just assistants, like any other office has) do is coordinate stuff between cabinet agencies and, admittedly, have way more access to the President and his senior staff. That said, say they want to fund a new program. That's still totally up to the Secretary, to whom Congress and the Constitution actually give authority to run programs.
My point is that the czar issue is irrelevant. Except to me, because all the czars pick on me to give their programs more funding. |

Explain the czars... you have this WHOLE forum to detail the issue you have with these people... stop beating around the bush and just lay it out.
