Interesting. I definitely feel like they have been very unproductive, but maybe that's because I have focused on the health care bill and all the appointments the GOP continues to block for no reason.

E--Can you please post this article on Dimitri's Facebook page? I'd do it myself, but I have blocked someone & someone else blocked me (Laughing) & I want those people to see it! Wink

The only thing this congress did was spend LOTS of money. If we judge productivity by $'s spent they are #1. If by accomplishing anything, they are way down the list.

I'm willing to bet that Pap/George didn't even read the article before posting his comment! Rolling Eyes

Actually, the Dems never had 60 votes. You only reach 60 if you count Joe Lieberman and Bernie Sanders, neither of whom are Democrats.

Bull. Blue Dogs are not Democrats, they are their own party. The Dems' so called majority was a cruel joke.

They don't vote Dem when it counts, though.

Phony & Pap---Did either one of you actually READ the article? It does talk about what legislation Congress has passed. But why bother reading it, right? Just read the subject line & start making comments! Then we wonder why people are so uninformed... Rolling Eyes

So you're acknowledging that there wasn't in reality a Democratic Party super-majority in the Senate. Finally.
