I put garlic in everything. I actually roast whole garlic clovers, but I mince a garlic clover and sprinkle it over the roasted garlic, then I eat it by dipping it in more minced garlic. I brush my teeth with garlic too...

I actually put garlic in my guacamole. Like a fresh clove minced. Its one of my secret ingredients. The other is fresh squeezed lime juice. I guess they aren't secret anymore.

I dice... or mince... whatever, garlic for my annual batch of homemade salsa. I usually make it when my customers start passing out their extra garden tomatoes. And I couldn't believe how much I liked roasted garlic cloves. I can't remember where I had them, but they're a appetizer on a menu somewhere around here. Not overbearing like I thought they'd be.
