Wow,Dazes, that was heart felt and sincere.yeah, your right ,we did feel relieved-and ,well, many feelings.I needed the words you wrote about his moral fiber--we did invest alot in him as he was growing and when these life things occur it makes one wonder about-did we do enough? The counselors he has met describe him already as a wonderful young man, with alot of smarts and desire to change.he is a great kid -we lost him along the way and it was so hard-to see your own child hurting but being powerless in many ways to help. You may not know but I actually did go to school for and became for 6 years a chemical dependency therapist.I helped adolescents and they're families -yet with all the knowledge and love, nothin. But, God has him now and I just need to keep him in God's hands. Thanks for your comments. |
