At my job, I've sort of become the office expert on 508 compliance for web based technologies. This means making everything from basic html to video presentations accessible to those with either hearing or vision impairments.

One aspect of compliance is including closed captions on videos.

My question today: "Is there any way to get a Flash video with captions to be compliant for a screen reader so it will read those captions to the vision impaired?"

I'll let that one sink in on you at the same speed it did on me.
