Do you believe in the paranormal?

Depends on what you call paranormal.
Extra-terrestrial life? Yes.
Animals that we have yet to discover? Yes.
Phenomena that operate on laws of physics yet to be discovered and thus appear to be paranormal? Yes.
Ghosts, etc? No. _________________ The end is nigh! OR forums die APRIL 1. Don't lose contact! Join the forums at bogsource.com now! |

I'll second that, Cy. _________________

I concur, Cy... _________________ "If by a 'Liberal' they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people — their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights and their civil liberties ... if that is what they mean by a 'Liberal,' then I’m proud to say I’m a 'Liberal.'" ~ Senator John F. Some posters on here could cause me to doubt my assertions that there is no paranormal life. _________________

[quote="busdriver"]
When we were kids around 12 or so, we played football about this time of the year in a patch of grass about 40' wide and 40 or so yards long on a hill above the Filbert patch. It looked like Bermuda grass and was the only spot where there were no rocks etc. to bust your head on.
The hole for the stone quarry was about 100' feet from this grass and dropped straight down about 50'or so, but was open on the other end.
One evening, as it wasn't quite dark, but dark enough to get ready to quit playing; we saw a figure come up of the quarry hunched over like an ape.
We thought it was someone messing with us and walked over toward it. The thing kept coming toward us. Every stopped except me and I got up to about 5-6 feet from it and while it was too dark to see the face, the rest left no doubt that it was not a person.
It had a hairy body, a gorilla like head, and like claws for fingers(raised its right hand up).
I was the first one to take off and the rest was right behind me. I have no idea what that was, but the Evening Standard paper from Uniontown had been reporting for a few days about people seeing "Bigfoot" and a guy from georges Township supposedly shot and hit one over there.
If I have time, the Kecksburg UFO thing he mentions in 1965, was not the first sighting there was in Kecksburg.
Click Kecksburg on your search bar if you are interested enough to read more about this. If you find something good, get the link and post it here. I had quite a discussion with a guy from the Post gazette about this not long ago. |

There are more then a few links to this story.
Lot is bull poop, the same thing was there in Kecksburg in July of 1952 and there was nothing sent into space until "Sputnic" in 1957. |

I do not believe in ghosts BUT i believe there is a spiritual realm where there are demons which could be mistaken for "ghosts" |
