The debate is currently happening. At some point, I expect they will vote to pass the bill. The vote to begin the debate was 224-206; I expect the vote to pass to be a little thinner, like in the 218-212 range.

Yep. Just political posturing. But I'll tell you this: there is nothing in my life right that infuriates me more than hearing a Republican congressman or senator say, "we have the best health care in the world." Nothing comes even close. If one of them said that to my face, I would be in jail for assault.
