the answere is
1.Don't eat chocalate before bed.
2.Don't look in the mirror before bed, close your eyes when you brush.( should eliminate terror.)
3. No one sleeps on their back, it is known to cause "sleep paralysis."
4."sufferer to mentally wake up from sleep but physically be unable to move." Take hand mirror to bed and look at your wife is probably behind you choking you.
5."There are also sometimes associated hallucinations", is this just after you and dick have a few beers? That is a bad young'un for for you to be hangin with.
6. If none of the above apply, the only answer possible is this is the only time your sub-concious(rational) mind has any chance to respond to events your concious(irrational) mind controls.
The terror, pain, nightmares, paralysis, shouting is the sub-concious mind desperately trying to dump the onslaught of the daily Obama Bullchit Barrage your concious mind has absorbed.
The" associated hallucinations" , refer to item 5. |
