BB why won't you come back? Hell with your extensive knowledge of the taser rules you could be an expert witness. OR you could make a total fool out of yourself in the court room again. Judge P still makes people laugh telling the story of you "objecting" as a spectator!

You know, BB, sometimes people fighting with police don't always stand still so the officers can shoot them with the Taser in the buttocks or the legs. They tend to move around a lot. That means sometimes a shot that is intended for the lower extremities might hit the torso. I thought you might know that, with your extensive crime-fighting background in the Washington area.

Yea that Paul is a real funny guy.BUT, he was no laughing when he withdrew the sentence handed down that day,He also was not laughing when i called his office that day and told him HIS JUSTICE IS A JOKE.HE REALLY WAS NOT LAUGHING AT THE DEBATE OF PETTIT AND TOPRANI FOR DA when he sat in front of me,and i heckled Pettit the hole debate..YEA the judge Paul is a real FUNNY GUY..AND A COMPLETE JOKE OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM. Where to start?
1) Which "hole" were they debating over?
2) You "heckled" during a debate between candidates for District Attorney? Are you a) 12 years old or b) retarded?
3) If I was sitting in front of a retarded 12 year old who wouldn't shut up during a political debate, I wouldn't laugh, either... That would probably be the most annoying thing to happen to me that entire week.

Again, Columbo, when someone is violently resisting a police officer, it doesn't matter whether the person is being shot from a distance with a Taser or it is being applied "directly." The officer is just trying to get that person to stop biting, kicking, striking, trying to take his weapon, etc. And sometimes the Taser might not be directly applied in exactly the preferred location. You hate police officers. We understand that.

I doubt we'd support them for blowing his head off "for no reason"... but tasering him for a very good reason? Yeah, I got their back. He died, and that's rough and nobody wanted that to happen... but he was blazin' for a tazin'... If you are going to act a fool and try to run out into traffic, expect to get the chit shocked out of you. There is a chance you will die. However, there is a chance you won't die, too... so it's better than getting shot.

I think the Washpa police should enact the blackballed rule...
To safely and legally taser someone, two alligator clips must be secured to the suspect's scrotum and the electrical charge shall be applied in that fashion ONLY. No suspect shall be tasered in the torso, nor should they be tasered in any extremity attached to the torso for fear that they may aim for, say, the buttocks and accidentally hit the torso.
The suspect, in a state of dire unrest and physical non-compliance, must voluntarily remove his clothing so that the clips may be applied. Once the clips are applied, the tasing officer must slowly and sternly count to three, so as to give the suspect time to cease his resistance. The proper counting increments are as follows:
ONE
TWO
TWO AND A HALF
TWO AND THREE QUARTERS
DON'T MAKE ME KEEP COUNTING
OK, YOU ASKED FOR IT...
THREE!

It came up in my google image of police taser. I had to shrink it down to the size so she could hold it. Come to think of it, it was called the "electric blue" or something. Sounds like an electric razor.
