Oh! And I know all about those damn fire ants. They gnawed at my ankle at Indigo Creek AKA Phony's home course.

I've played that course, Amom. As a former resident of South Carolina, I've also had my run-ins with fire ants. I got bitten by one once, and the red mark it left was on my ankle for months.

You are really allergic to those bites then, Brant. the first bites I had was on the right palm near the wrist. Swollen up, mad itch, and rings of pus.
After more bites, not as bad,but bad. Took Equate allergy capsules to ease the itch, but made you sleepy. Tried breaking the capsule open and pasting the powder on the bite and it worked like a charm, no itch, no pus ring, nothing if you did it soon after the bite.
Then spray the yard,side of the house and around the house constantly just to control the many critters there. |
