To use the example from Exodus, if your ox kills a second time, "the ox shall be stoned, and its owner also shall be put to death." (Exodus 21:29)
SeaWorld has no plans to execute Tilly.

I sure hope the water is shallow. Or the stoning could take months.

I had a "whale of a cod fish sandwich" at Eat n Park before...
For the record... I HATE HATE HATE the name of that sandwich... way to deliberately muddle the distinction between classes of vertebrae, Eat 'n Park! Losers.
