Phony--The first time I was tested, I was in high school. My score has been pretty consistent since then. IQ tests don't just measure educational level.

They don't measure educational level at all. They measure ability to learn. Someone with a lower IQ can be smarter than someone with a higher IQ...but they have to work a lot harder. And that's what hurts you, phony: no effort to learn!

The first time I was tested I couldn't speak English, and it's been a gradual process ever since.

IQ tests are not dependent on your speaking English. If you were not a native speaker, they should have either given you a translated one or one of the nonverbal tests.

Abomb!....this was in Westland, Pa., in 1939.....we didn't have all those new "touchy feely" LIBCHIT learning tools at that time....

Ana, my dingbat friend, I was educated in a coal mining school, from 1939 to 1946. IQ tests did not exist in such a primitive setting.....we learned our A.B.C.'s, reading, writing and arithemetic......PERIOD....I learned to speak English from the "See Jane Run" books.......we were fortunate that we had good, dedicated teachers...

Translation??? We were lowly "honkies", who were thrown a bone or two, and told to be happy that we got that......
My schools had no central heat, no air conditioning, no cafeteria, no "FREE MEALS", no indoor plumbing.....we had outhouses.....
You must remember, we didn't get any of that "touchy feely" LIBCHIT crappy experimentation until late in the 1950s, and early 60s, the time period whereby our education system went down the chit chute.

But YOU said that you didn't speak English the first time you were tested. Then, you said that they didn't have IQ tests at your school. So either you were joking around, but you sucked at it, or you lied, as usual.
Are you saying that schools should go without heating, A/C, cafeterias or plumbing? Btw, your reading teacher sucked.
