My main issuse is that most cell phones now have cameras, as do some games. Use in the court room can allow photos of jurors or witness to be taken and used to intimadate those people.

More than 25 years ago, a judge in Wheeling allowed me to take photos in the courtroom, with the admonition that I could not take photos of jurors. But if anyone is interested in intimidating witnesses or jurors, they could simply sit in the courtroom and identify them. Your argument is hollow.

Apparently the judge's arguiement was just as hollow as mine. Anyone can sit in the courtroom and ID the jurrors as well.
