Beach Boy-could I buy a vowel? I did press "1" for english now speak it!
I THINK you are refering to the subsection in the bad check law that makes it a felony for the third or subsequent offense. OR if it was a forgery that would also make it a felony. How long were you sentenced for on that charge?

Wow, a fugitive telling us how the laws work.

??, only a lawyer, judge, or district attorney would be a fugitives equal in legal matters, don't you think?

Also, what constitutes a felony is/may be different in other states .

It's being checked. I'd expect to hear one way or the other in the next couple of days.

Well it's been a couple of weeks and yet not one word on this Township Supervisor in the newspaper. Which is to say, I didn't think anything would be reported. For anyone that is interested, Mr. Good had been told by the township solicitor that he can not hold this office, and Mr. Good has refused to step down, vowing to fight this. Unfortunately for him this has shown that he doesn't have the community or the township in his best interests. Which doesn't surprise me, however, I'm sure the next township meeting which is scheduled for this Monday Feburary 8, 2010 will be very interesting, as this has just became the hotest topic (next to Deweese running again) in the township. Mr. Bryant Dean, does NOT like when the voters here ask questions or voice their opinions. BTW he's one of the supervisors that appointed Mr. Good to this position.

Bumpkin, I can assure you that it is still being worked on. It's actually taken longer than I had expected. I will check on it today and report back here.

If things go according to plan, I think you might see something in tomorrow's paper.
