Ok, I was just providing the info that it can be charged as either or... depending on circumstances. I didn't want you wasting your time if you aren't sure its a felony.

Yeah, if the mods or admin care to, though, they can just compare IP addresses and delete duplicate usernames. There are also settings to restrict multiple usernames from the same IP.
