All guesses must be in by Dec 24th. Thats the deadline to guess.
The contest runs until midnight of New Years Eve.

The guesses have to be in by Christmas Eve because I don't want people guessing any closer to new years than that; they will have an unfair advantage.
Yes, I will still be posting after Christmas Eve. Thus, even though no more guesses will be accepted, the total post count on Christmas Day will not bet the same as the total post count on New Years Day.
Guesses should be in by 11:59 PM December 24.

All the guesses are in on the 24th. And then the contest is to see who is closer by midnight on the 31st. That leaves seven days of contest.
If you still don't get it, I give up.

None will count after midnight the 24th, the total number you show posted in your profile is the winning number.
The winner can file a legal protest with the administrators(or just phony and BB should the admins. agree with you) and claim their prize.  |

Bus--my understanding is that we're guessing Cy's post count by New Year's Day, but the deadline for posting our guesses is Christmas Eve.
