I'm a lot fatter than the depictions I see of Jesus, but maybe he really did look like Dom DeLuise. Also, I've lived much longer than Jesus, so I've had more time to eat.

I would assume that he did not draw that picture with his mouth, and then also color it with his mouth in photoshop.
