Do you agree with Washington County Judge John DiSalle's decision to not drop criminal charges against a former Smith Township police officer and a Monongahela man because of their involvement with the county's grand jury?

I don't think I've ever read a more confusing article. What is the reason behind dropping the charges for these two anyway? Are there still other charges remaining?

I think I'm done deciding whether or not I agree with filing charges for the month. I'll defer to tetriS in this area; he is more knowledgeable than I am.

It is hard for me to be objective. There is no lower form of life than a dirty cop and one of them in this case needs to be in a cell with a 300 pounder named Brucey!

i think the DA needs this low life that called his self a cop to fry a bigger fish,with that said i agree with the judge..and yes amom he the former cop has other charges and lawsuits filled against him and smith twp.BB
