First, get your mind out of the gutter. I slept funny on my arm last night and its all goofed up now and hurts like I was beat unmerciful. I think I might have permanently killed part of it.

A few months ago I had a similar problem and my friend that's a nurse suggested drinking pickle juice. She gave me a whole scientific explanation of why that works. I didn't try it, but if you like pickles a lot, maybe it will help you!

don't sleep funny on it for most of the night,or it will hurt like hell when you get up.
nothing you can do now except let it rest, pickle juice or pickle your azz ain't gonna help now.
What arm was it and do sort of curl it up under the pillow and sleep with your head cradled there? if so stop it!

Me too till my effig arm hurt so bad I could not put a shirt or jacket on with out help or dragging up all the slack and taking a direct line to the other sleeve, and the pain didn't give a toot even then. |

I sleep with my arm under the pillow too. Frequently I wake up to the strange sensation of having a dead appendage hanging there. Then the agonizing pain of pins and needles while it recovers. But afterwards everything's back to normal with no lingering aches. Are you sure you didn't sleep walk into a wall?

No, I don't sleep walk. I hate the feeling where you numbed something, then you're filled with dread because you know you're going to get that electric shock sensation when it wakes back up but there's nothing you can do about it. My arm feels like its stuck in that stage, but much more subdued, like 10 volts instead of 10,000.

That's how I sleep & that happens to me all the time! I've tried sleeping in other positions, but I just can't!
