Gerald Szakal's defense attorney Noah Geary suggested that Tecko Tartt had a bigger role in the Springers' murders. Do you agree?

That's why he's Szakal's attorney and not Tartt's.

That being said, I was not there to hear the testimony and I'm not going to second guess those that were. The fact is there were two people killed and these guys had something to do with it.

Exactly, Amom. There's no way anybody in the public could say one way or the other how much of a role Tartt played. It's really kind of a ridiculous question. And of course Szakal's attorney would try to pin it on someone else.

Any good attorney is supposed to put doubts in the minds of the jury.I believe tecko tartt got a huge break considering his past,and could have very well been at the scene of the murders,and will get a new trail but never be found not guilty.if the average joe was murdered he might be found not guilty but killing a former chief of police who was a neighbor DA.NEVER HAPPEN.BB

what it means is every time i leave a comment, 4s has to bring up my past.he needs to be real careful he has some things in his past,lets just say im a better person than him .after all nobody deserves to make any mistakes in life,only cops should be forgiven of breaking the laws they swore to protect in 4s world.BB

Yes, very interesting. I'm hoping double B spills the beans on quadruple S.

SSSS said some things the other day that I didn't know about double B... and he didn't dispute any of it. The thing that SSSS has going for him is that we never know if BB is being truthful or not. He is known to slander whatever the topic happens to be.
