I get sick of people - especially those who have an ax to grind - talking crap on our police officers. There are bad apples in any profession, but the vast majority of police officers are good people who put their lives on the line to enforce the laws and protect all of us. They deserve better than to have their character assassinated by scumbags.

Looks like Skippy is playing Sunday. I'm glad. The Steelers could use a win against Minnesota. And Reed gives us our best chance at that.

My implication being that if they had another kicker, I wouldn't feel too bad about him playing in Reed's place, barring the situation where he is a complete and obvious no-talent. I don't think Reed is especially superior to most of the kickers in the NFL. I bet you could find a kicker at his skill level for half the price in the CFL.

Skill level, yes, you're most likely right. But there is definitely a mental aspect that seperates NFL kickers from the guys who didn't make the NFL.

Kind of like a closer in baseball. There are set up pitchers in baseball who are lights out in the 8th inning, but choke every time they get an opportunity to close.

Is there a phone number where you can call and buy it over the phone?
How much is the game? Is it a BIG deal to just buy it new again?

I'd rather pay 3.99 twice than get schnookered by a scam.
