Don't mix politics and sports. Sharpton has not tried to buy a team. This just shows how much Limbaugh is about attention and not substance.

Gee, I remember, as a kid, getting the chit kicked out of me, because I was an Italian, and had many slanderous words thrown at me.....AND I DIDN'T SEE A LIBCHIT SHARPTON OR JACKSON COMING TO MY DEFENSE.....
And I didn't have a "slavery" excuse to help me, either.

Would it be okay for Al Sharpton to buy a team? No. Like Limbaugh, he is a polarizing figure. The NFL is an entertainment industry, not a shock industry.

I would definitely say that Sharpton and Jackson have a racist streak... but I think it comes from them trying to eternally be in the victim position...
It's not like "White people are garbage and are not as good as black people" but more like "white people are oppressive"
It's a different kind of racism... whereas the white racist thinks he's better than the black man, the black racists, in the tradition of sharpton and jackson, think that it's the white man preventing their ascension to a level of equality.
It's very different, yet very much the same

That's really sad, Phony and I'm sorry you have to live through it. But bc you went through that, I'd think you'd like to protect others from that. I'm sure that the people beating you up were not libs. But you're the type of person that blames the victim.
Like I explained to you before, slavery is not the biggest issue. It's the way African Americans were treated for another 80-100yrs after slavery was abolished that really damaged race relations. I know that there are many times that people play the race card and it bothers me bc it makes valid allegations of racism seem less credible. But if it wasn't for libs, there wouldn't have been a Civil Rights bill and the South would still be segregated.
