I go to McDonald’s about twice a year. I love the McRib and the Filet o’ Fish. I might eat a Big Mac every three years.

Phony...You finally get something right but your spin on it is wrong...The Libs have been saying for a long time that the war in Iraq was about oil, not WMDs or freedom. That's why there were all those peace protests that you always make fun of!! I saw plenty of signs back them, protesting a war for oil. Cheney and his cronies tried to convince us that Iraq had WMDs. When we didn't find the WMDs, then it changed to "we need to get rid of Saddam so that Iraq can be free"...Not only did the Bush administration lie to us, they lied to the whole World. I know for a fact that all those soldiers, American & from other countries, that fought and died in Iraq would not have laid down their lives for OIL. They did it bc they thought they were fighting for freedom...Do you think the oil was worth their blood?
I'm glad that the people of Iraq seem to be better off today than they were before we went in. At least some good came out of the senseless bloodshed!

OMG!!! We do have something in common!!! Actually, we're also both Catholic...So we have happy meals and Catholicism in common!!! LOL I'm not skinny, but I'm only 5'3", so I don't need a lot of food to fill me up!!!!

That's awesome, E!!! But I'm not skinny!!!!! My thyroid is out of control, so I'm never skinny!!! Hopefully, I can get it under control soon and I'll start losing weight!!

Ana, I believe I mentioned that perhaps you should ask your doctor if you are lacking in iodine.....that has been known to correct a thyroid problem.

So I really need to be on meds...But going to the endocrinologist every three months and getting blood tests gets expensive. Most health insurance providers won't cover it for being a pre-existing condition...
