Yes, Branski, you are correct....and that is due to the fact that they've received "FREE SCHOOLING" at the LIBCHIT INSTITUTES OF HIGHER LEARNING.....

i think the studies to which Brant refers found that intelligence is more often an immutable characteristic of liberals, just like fear and distrust are more often immutable characteristics of cons.
