I feel so much better about the world when I read articles like this one...There's still hope! This Evangelical Christian was asked the questions that all Christians should ask themselves: "Do you think your views are Christ-like?

Evangelical Christian Brent Childers explains his journey from believing that homosexuality was an abomination to marching in a pro-gay march on Washington.

Don't be a moron. You don't have to be gay to believe in gay rights.

Did you read the article? Do you have anything to say about it? Bc your comment is just completely unrelated...

Sorry about the lack of continuity that now exists on this thread. I had to remove a post and several that repeated it because of content. Let's keep the language at a little higher level, if you please. And by the way, the gentleman who wrote the piece spoke of taking the "bridge of knowledge." It's a shame so many people still choose to take the detour through hatred and stupidity.

And there you have it. They won't read the article because it might challenge their prejudices. Never mind that it simply details one Christian's journey from his unquestioning misuse of religion to a deeper and richer understanding of faith. Or that it confirms that not all Christians embrace ignorance and hatred. It's sad to have to acknowledge that some of my fellow Christians aren't interested in an authentic faith or in standing against hatred. Thanks, Ondi, for posting this.

You don't speak for all Christians, Phony...I'm a Christian and I'm interested...The article was written by a Christian. No one is making you read the article. But if you want to comment on it, you should read it...If you're not interested why are you commenting?
