If the state has to approve gay marriages by passing laws, don't they also have to pass gay divorce laws? You know there is a lot more to a divorce then saying"I divorce thee" and spinning around three times?
Alimony, property settlements, etc. I am sure no lawyer will let this slide by with out something coming his way. no way jose. |

| Again who cares get married get divorced, big deal. I don't want to go into the bedroom anymore than they want to come in mine. If they aren't hurting anyone I don't really care. Do I think there needs to be an amendment saying they can marry no, do I think they should have civil union affording them protections , yes! I've never got the WE'RE HERE,WE'RE homosexual thing do what you want and leave me out. |
