Wow. Good luck with that, whichever way you want it to turn out. And have a great and safe trip.

Hiya Brant! Thanks man.Im of the notion that if its to be, its to be-as long as she is well and the possible baby is well.It wasnt a planned deal--however, you know I live (not always evident)by what God says should be.If thats what He wants-it was written anyway.I just hope she is ok.Id take a baby anytime. Oh, and Harry Funk?I am in your corner about getting a complaint about playing music on a Saturday afternoon. What the hell?Im surprised a cop would entertain such a complaint.I thought the law was 10:00p.m. that noise is considered an annoyance?I am a drummer and have had the same thing occur 5 times while in Arizona. What a drag!I guess the fix for you would be headphones huh?Too bad the complainer didnt simply ask nicely to turn it down or work out some arrangement.Dont be discouraged--its your property-your life.

Thanks for the kind words, Spike. Are those aspirin actually aspirin, or acetaminophen?

I hate flying. I bet that's a long one.

Been trying to get a trip to Las Vegas for awhile now and the best way has always been with Americanwestvacations.com, find the best deals on that sight, have it on your pc screen then call the 800 number listed to set it up., did it many times until screw brain, now called US Airways(which was Piedmont and a few others before that(every time they flew into a mountain, they changed their name right afterwards) took over American West.

Now abomb, they want you to board in Pitts, go to either Charlotte, NC, Philly, Chicago, Boston, or Phoenix(which would be ok) and then to Vegas. Talk about long---whew.

Then they want $15, now $20, a bag, no eats, and if you don't book on the internet, $25 to book with a person each way(don't know if that is a person or both of us).

I WILL NEVER put my credit card on the internet, no matter how safe they tell you it is. So it always ends there.

As for the rest of the travel sites, they are plain and simple --even more nuts with what they perceive to be a good deal and then put your azz on the same US Airway flight you could get for under $600 WHICH INCLUDES HOTEL AND TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT IN VEGAS,b,ut with them $1100 up to over $1400 a couple.

So, instead of blowing upwards of $2000 for a 3-4 night stay in Vegas, I just go down over the hill to the Meadows. Instead of losing that much, lose $20-40 a week ,but get a lot of weeks in for 2 grand. instead of hot Vegas chicks, see a lot more of phony's chicks( mid 60's to late 70's buttonpushing/lever/pulling babes) and come home to my own bed and not worry about bed bugs or what ever else goes on in those vegas hotel room beds. or take a jaunt to Wheeling or Mountaineer and get the same results from any of the above, lose what you went with.

One thing I am truly excited about from Obama is his promise to get us some decent rail systems for transit. I would ride the train instead of flying everywhere if it were easy and affordable.

Busdriver, Try Southwest.com! I could be their spokeswoman as often as we've flown with them. No booking fees...no charge for luggage...and as far as I know, no charge for peanuts. You can get flights in August right now to Las Vegas for $238 round trip.

Glad you got the "good" news. I couldn't imagine dealing with a new baby at my age, though I'm a few years older than you. But I was bound and determined to be done with baby-making by the age of 30. I have never been a patient man, and it's gotten worse with age. Wink

Las Vegas Hotels would do themselves well to hook up with Southwest on those vacation packages. U.S. Airways has just run what American West had right into the ground.

Are those southwest planes the ones where the Exit Row Seats face each other.? I flew in one of those planes where you knock knees with the person across from you. One of you is flying seated backwards.
